The Broken Food Master (NTSC versions of the game) or Divine Cooking Tool (PAL versions) is a broken ladle found in Pikmin 2.
NTSC Location It is located in the fifth sublevel in the Shower Room and is the one of the three treasures in the sublevel. It may be found in a grate of water, requiring your Blue Pikmin to get it. When it is out of the grate, a Dwarf Orange Bulborb may be near the grate and several Fiery and Withering Blowhogs may trouble you as you bring it to the Research Pod, so they should likely be removed from your path before doing so.
PAL Location It is found on the first sublevel of the Shower Room and simply needs carrying to the ship.
