The Imperative Cookie is a treasure in Pikmin 2, it is actually a cookie glazed with a cinnamon swirl. It is found on Sublevel 2 of the Glutton's Kitchen, and is sometimes found on a ledge. Breadbugs and other enemies may impede you in your mission to retrieve this treasure.
