The Minute Legs is a non-boss precursor form of Man-at-Legs. The Man-at-Legs was a more advanced version of this model, which has extremely inaccurate aim and is a mindless enemy that acts upon some kind of mechanical instinct. These are also much shorter, and may be found in groups. They generally wander around aimlessly, and if a Pikmin walks nearby it will freak out and start moving faster. It will open up to reveal a gun like the Man-at-Legs has, but it will only fire a couple of shots, and often not in your direction. Still, they can be extremely dangerous if an entire group is agitated. They are destroyed by throwing Pikmin onto the center orb that holds the scrap metal fiend together, like other Arachnorbs. Upon taking damage, Minute Legs will scuttle quickly around the area, firing shots here and there. When all their health is depleted, call your Pikmin back as the resulting electrical sparks and explosion is a deadly combination to nearby Pikmin. The remains of their hull can be carried after the explosion.
Minute Legs are a parody of the words "Minute Men", which were simple farmers who claimed to be ready to fight on a minute's notice during the American Revolution, rather like the Man-at-Legs is a parody of the "Man-at-Arms", a medieval warrior.
