contradiction[]

One of the most important things to know ... is that your enemies grow stronger as you do. If you don't face threats early on, then getting anywhere will prove nearly impossible due to decidedly overpowered foes.
-- Revision as of 2 June 2009

If "[t]he foes get stronger as you do", the enemies would scale so that if you don't face threats early on, the enemies do not get as strong, and if you face every threat early, the enemies become much stronger. Thus, at no point should the enemies ever be too strong to bypass. Or, the other way, not going anywhere because of overpowerd foes means that they are decisively stronger than you, which they would not do if they grew as the player does.

Simply, my complaint is that that I see a contradiction. Can this statement be clarified? --Yoshord 22:13, 3 June 2009 (UTC)
